My friend moved in a few months ago and we love the Grand Reserve! We loved the layout of the overall property and the unit we selected. The staff has been extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process and our move. A special thanks to Kaitlynn, who showed us around, answered all of our questions, and took the time to make us feel welcome and a part of the community! I highly recommend the Grand Reserve. I love the fitness center and can't wait for the summer by the pool!

Sorry I'm JUST writing this but I recently moved out do to work, however, my experience here has been nothing but great. Yes the management changed but I didn't see a negative difference. I think some people writing these 1 star reviews might just be spoiled and can't enjoy the little things. This was my first apartment, staff made me feel welcomed and was affordable for me during my time in IL. Highly recommend.

The location makes so many places accessible for one without a car. I liked being at ground level, no stairs. The unit held everything I needed, loved having a bathtub! I even had a duck nest by my door and the squirrels were fun. Service always fine. Thanks for the pond and the great trees.

The hardest part was filling out the application as one page didnt want to load on my phone but I called and I was able to go over and use their computer. After that, anytime I've had a question, the staff have always been cordial and professional both in person or on the phone. Also by email.

I can’t say enough great things about this place! Lived here for several years and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Maintenance is always responsive and eager to help. The leasing office cares about your experience here. ESPECIALLY Tula and KP. Every time I come in they have a smile on their face with a warm welcome. They even added equipment to the gym that they thought myself and other guests would love. 10/10 would recommend!

Lived here for about two years and overall had a good experience. Maintenance is timely and office staff responds to calls/concerns. If you can’t get a hold of them by phone, the on site office is just a walk away. I lived in the largest floor plan, and my biggest complaint was the air circulation. Even with adjustments to the vents and thermostats/fans, the living room was always a significantly different temperature than the bedrooms. Otherwise, it’s a great apartment and community (clean, safe, friendly) and I would recommend living here.

My only complaint is our apartment was on the older side, but I know they are in the process of remodeling all the apartments, so hopefully ours will be next! I highly recommend

Lisa and Katelyn are the managers of the Grand Reserve and are just wonderful to deal with. They both will do whatever it takes to make sure that we residents are well taken care of and have everything we need. The property itself is very clean and well taken care of. The Maintenance staff is just awesome, and when you request to have something fixed, they usually do it the same day or within 24 hours. Emergencies get handled immediately. I enjoy being a resident here and would recommend the Grand Reserve of Naperville because of the wonderful staff and a well-kept property.

I'm really grateful to be a Grand Reserve resident. They provide so many amenities, have kind office staff, amazing maintenance crew, and a great community of other residents. While the monthly rates are high, there is no price tag for the safety I feel here. Summer is a favorite time for days at the pool. Clubhouse rentals have been nice for family gatherings. Grand Reserve's central location is also close to shopping, food, fun, and more!

I first came to Grand Reserve with my 2 sons , seeking to eventually downsize to a 1 bedroom. I have lived here for a year & I have already downsized to a 1 bedroom & I that I ABSOLUTELY LOVEEEEEEE . The staff is AMAZING . The maintenance crew fast , courteous & extremely professional. The management AWESOME !!!! FELICIA , The Assistant manager I couldn't speak enough about her generous warm heart. I love her spunk & her style professionalism. Then there is Tula , forgive me if I spelled her name incorrectly, this young lady is a joy for a smile, just as professional & a lovely attitude . The entire office staff just wonderful . There attitudes professionalism , at an all time high. Now , my place beautiful so nice clean bright high tech appliances . I am soooo very happy !!!! Come one come all The Grand Reserve of Naperville . LOL I am sure once I get a Rental increase , I won't like any staff....SERIOUSLY THOUGH even my neighbors are nice , it's quiet the kids are kids nice to see them playing with chalk riding bikes , just being a kid & it's a pretty safe area. I love it !!!!!

I love living here! I got my first apartment here in 2019 and I’ve lived in 3 different layouts (The two bedroom raised ranch is my favorite, I believe it’s the B3! Highly recommend if they’re available) I even moved away for a year and wound up coming back because I missed it. The amenities are great, the ladies in the office and the maintenance team are always so nice, very helpful and their response time with issues or questions is always very prompt. The location is also very ideal! So close to downtown, the post office is right across from the clubhouse, you have the supermarket right across the street, the police department is also super close and you’re down the street from Edward’s Hospital. The only “issue” I have is with the other people that live here who don’t know how to pick up after their dogs or keep them on a leash. I’m constantly stepping in random dog poop around the property when I take my pup out which isn’t super amazing. I wish there was an easy solution but alas, there will never be a shortage of lazy dog owners.

Update 2.2024 I have very kind neighbors, but the noise is unfortunately a daily issue since carpet is not used/mandatory in the upstairs units. I have learned most complexes comply with the 80/20 rule in order to lessen noise issues. This has become a greater issue and may result in having to move out which the fee will be inevitable even though I do not wish to. I share this to simply be aware. I rarely hear any other neighbors and was drawn to this complex due to the peacefulness. ——— Felicia is the kindest and coolest soul. She truly cares and goes above and beyond for you in every way. This place is amazing! I love the apartment and the facilities. Maintenance all over any issue (we only had two in a year and a half). Clean grounds! Always emptying the dog receptacles. Beautiful updated apartment. Townhouse is only 1300 sq ft but very open and so much light!! Britany and Allison are wonderful people to work with. HIGHLY recommend!

Lived here for about 5 years and I really enjoyed it. It is in a good location, right by the post office, Jewel across the street, and not far from downtown. Maintenance was always quick. The gym is great, there is pool table in the “club house”, and the pool area is nice with big grills. The employees were always friendly and the grounds were very well maintained.

Without question, the best place to rent in Naperville. Centrally located near downtown Naperville and Merta train stops, there is always something to do on the weekends. The ENTIRE staff is best in class. They truly work to make sure all requests are handled quick and conveniently. Best of all, you are always welcomed with a smile when you walk into the clubhouse. The grounds are well taken care of and family friendly. Trash is taken daily, and driveways/streets are plowed promptly after snow. The pool area is well furnished and attracts a great group of people and The units themselves are great. I have never once hear my neighbors. The appliances are all updated and the floor plans work out very well.

I lost my dog of 11 years last January and the team was kind enough to send me a really nice handwritten card, that meant everything! Besides having a beautiful property and units, Grand Reserve has multiple events throughout the year for us residencene like Wine down wednesdays and multiple others! I'm happy I chose Grand Reserve in Naperville as my home!

i lived at grand reserve for nearly eight months when our townhone caught fire.anybody who gives a negative review is crazy.to tell the truth i miss this place even after moving back to a new home.the staff is great and everybody that works there.they made me feel like it was home.wish i was back.i still vist at least one or two times a week.honesty ron witkowski

My husband and I have resided here for the past year and a half while we were looking for a house after moving from the city; it was nothing but wonderful and we are sad to leave. Brittany spent an hour with me reviewing the unit layouts and viewing the units, never making me feel rushed, and was so helpful to us. The pool was nice and the walking paths for our dog and daughter to ride her bike were especially nice.

We lived at Grand Reserve from March 2015 - June 2019: Allison, Brittany, and Staff were always very friendly and accommodating. Work orders were completed in a timely manner and like others have said: Yes, often the same day (shoutout to Lonnie). Apartment: We liked the B4 unit a lot, but the kitchen proved to be too cramped over time. The layout was unique to other places we toured: First-floor Garage. Second Floor: Living / Dining Room, Kitchen (Laundry), Bedroom, Bathroom. Third Floor: Master Bedroom & Bathroom. It was usually pretty quiet because the only unit above you was above the second-floor bedroom, that was the only time I would hear someone was if they were stomping around. We had a really pretty view of trees off of Oswego, and I honestly miss that view. Pros: Recently Renovated, Weekday Garbage Pickup, Location is close to Downtown Naperville and the Train Station (including Route 59 Station), Gym. Walking distance to groceries and restaurants. Nice property, it’s great for dogs! Cons: I hated having the washer/dryer in the kitchen, I wish that closet would have been a pantry, but I know that’s out of their control. The pool area always seemed overcrowded, I only went a handful of times over the years. Residents that wouldn’t do their part and pick up after themselves. Overall, I would 100% recommend Grand Reserve!

I honestly love it here. I moved in 10 months ago and just renewed for another year. The complex is very clean. The office is tremendous and always very kind. Maintenance requests are addressed very quickly, most of the time the same day. The appliances are new and the quality of everything is great. Rent is a little high but you get what you pay for and I have yet to be disappointed by this place.

I recently took the time to view a couple of Apartments they had available. I believe it was Natasha that gave me the tour. Natasha was amazing at answering all my questions and even providing information before I had to ask question. The units themselves were very beautiful, updated and very well laid out. The price is a little bit higher but for all that they offer in a 204 School District they seem pretty perfect. The only thing that I had taken note of that I didn't like was that the apartment seemed to be circulated by three very tall cell phone towers. I noticed the towers while driving up before the building themselves.

Natasha at Grand Reserve helped out my fiance and I so much when trying to schedule a tour, and was beyond kind when I kept having to cancel. Although we did not go with Grand Reserve, I would highly recommend at the minimum scheduling a tour and checking this place out!
