I’ve been living at The Grand Reserve of Naperville for just over 3 years and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The entire team is incredibly attentive and responsive—requests are handled quickly and professionally every time. The property managers, Lisa and Katelyn, are truly outstanding. They’re warm, approachable, and extremely responsive, making residents feel genuinely cared for. Whether it’s a question or a concern, they go above and beyond. I also love how frequently the community organizes events! It’s a great way to meet neighbors and enjoy the beautiful property. The maintenance team is top-notch too—especially Lonnie, who is reliable, friendly, and always does excellent work. If you’re looking for a well-managed apartment community with fantastic staff and a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend The Grand Reserve of Naperville. I’m proud to call it home!

Touring this apartment community was a great experience from start to finish. My experience began with Katelyn, the assistant property manager. She was very knowledgeable and made the process feel easy and enjoyable. I also had the pleasure of meeting Lisa, the property manager, who was friendly and welcoming. The amenities here standout more than any other place I’ve looked at. How many other places have saltwater pools and a pet spa? I walked away with a very positive impression and would absolutely suggest others take a look.
