Lonnie is one of the kindest maintance men. Trustworthy, shows up fast and goes above and beyond to help. We’ve known him 8 years and find him to be so valuable. Grand Reserve hires the finest!

The absolute best living experience I have ever had! The management and maintenance teams here are amazing! They are extremely responsive, friendly and very professional. Lisa, Kaitlin and Tobias are the best apartment management staff I have ever had through my years of renting. They emphasize community through fun events such as the puppy palooza. We have rarely had any maintenance issues but when we do the maintenance team is very quick to fix them. When we moved in the apartment was spotless and newly renovated making it a seamless move in experience. If you are looking for a great place to live, I definitely recommend Grand Reserve!

Awesome thorough maintenance issue

We’ve been living in this community for two years now, and I can confidently say we are incredibly happy here. The management team is truly outstanding — they are kind, responsive, and always attentive to our needs. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the residents and go above and beyond to make sure we feel heard, supported, and comfortable. Lisa, the property manager, is simply amazing. She is always approachable, willing to listen, and consistently makes thoughtful decisions that show she truly values us as residents. Her professionalism and warmth make a huge difference in our daily experience. Kaitlyn, the leasing agent who helped us move in, was fantastic from the start. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and we are so thankful for her support. I also want to give a big thank you to the maintenance team — they are wonderful! Every time we’ve submitted a request, they’ve responded quickly and handled everything with great care and attention to detail. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely want to help. We truly feel at home here, and we’re so grateful to be part of a community that values its residents and treats them with kindness and respect. Highly recommend!
