APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Naperville

Working with the management team in our situation was absolutely wonderful! Being active duty military, moving from one state to another can be very stressful and this team made everything easy for us while being hundreds of miles away during the entire process! Everything was done through phone calls and emails, when we were finally able to drive to our new home it was after hours and they still made sure we could get into our unit that night so we didn’t have to get another hotel room! The unit was extremely clean and even warm since we arrived when it was still cold. We had 1 maintenance emergency during our lease and they responded immediately and fixed the situation in time for me to get to work. I can’t thank them all enough, they are the best to work with. These apartments are so convenient to almost everything in Naperville.

I am sorry to leave The Grand Reserve of Naperville. The managerial staff of Lisa, Katelyn, and Tobias were terrific every step of the way. Any concerns or questions were resolved professionally and quickly. The maintenance team couldn’t be more helpful and knowledgeable. Also, the location is prime.

I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment.The space is comfortable, well-maintained. The management team has been responsive and professional, and any maintenance requests have been handled quickly. I appreciate how clean the common areas are kept. I really enjoy the community events they organize. It makes living here more enjoyable.

The absolute best living experience I have ever had! The management and maintenance teams here are amazing! They are extremely responsive, friendly and very professional. Lisa, Kaitlin and Tobias are the best apartment management staff I have ever had through my years of renting. They emphasize community through fun events such as the puppy palooza. We have rarely had any maintenance issues but when we do the maintenance team is very quick to fix them. When we moved in the apartment was spotless and newly renovated making it a seamless move in experience. If you are looking for a great place to live, I definitely recommend Grand Reserve!
