I’ve been living here for a little over two years. No issues. Response property management team. Prompt maintenance requested fulfillment.

I first came to Grand Reserve with my 2 sons , seeking to eventually downsize to a 1 bedroom. I have lived here for a year & I have already downsized to a 1 bedroom & I that I ABSOLUTELY LOVEEEEEEE . The staff is AMAZING . The maintenance crew fast , courteous & extremely professional. The management AWESOME !!!! FELICIA , The Assistant manager I couldn't speak enough about her generous warm heart. I love her spunk & her style professionalism. Then there is Tula , forgive me if I spelled her name incorrectly, this young lady is a joy for a smile, just as professional & a lovely attitude . The entire office staff just wonderful . There attitudes professionalism , at an all time high. Now , my place beautiful so nice clean bright high tech appliances . I am soooo very happy !!!! Come one come all The Grand Reserve of Naperville . LOL I am sure once I get a Rental increase , I won't like any staff....SERIOUSLY THOUGH even my neighbors are nice , it's quiet the kids are kids nice to see them playing with chalk riding bikes , just being a kid & it's a pretty safe area. I love it !!!!!

I love living here! I got my first apartment here in 2019 and I’ve lived in 3 different layouts (The two bedroom raised ranch is my favorite, I believe it’s the B3! Highly recommend if they’re available) I even moved away for a year and wound up coming back because I missed it. The amenities are great, the ladies in the office and the maintenance team are always so nice, very helpful and their response time with issues or questions is always very prompt. The location is also very ideal! So close to downtown, the post office is right across from the clubhouse, you have the supermarket right across the street, the police department is also super close and you’re down the street from Edward’s Hospital. The only “issue” I have is with the other people that live here who don’t know how to pick up after their dogs or keep them on a leash. I’m constantly stepping in random dog poop around the property when I take my pup out which isn’t super amazing. I wish there was an easy solution but alas, there will never be a shortage of lazy dog owners.

Love Grand Reserve! Apartments are cozy and feel like home. There’s also great paths for walking the dog. Staff is very friendly as well!

Very easy move in process. Super nice staff. Just wishing the movers we hired were as quick and diligent as grand reserve haha
