I noticed my AC not working. Submitted the request at 10:30. It was fixed by 1:30. Fastest service I’ve ever had in all the apartments I’ve ever had.

Katelyn is the “go to “ person
I had a repair issue that became complex. Many corporate offices would have taken the easy and quick way to address the issue by just ignoring me. Katelyn, however, found a fair and equitable way to resolve the issue. Her patience, calm professionalism, and understanding gave me the trust in Grand Reserve I haven’t experienced elsewhere.

Maintenance
Put in a request to paint my balcony as it was in need of it and the maintenance crew had it done in 1 day. They’re always responsive backed by an excellent front office.

It was super easy to submit a maintenance request! And then came the next day and by the time I came home from work it was all done! They even left a note stating what was fixed!
