I lived here for over a year and absolutely loved it. I would still be living at Grand Reserve if I did not relocate to a different city. The staff is responsive and maintenance request are addressed very quickly if not the same day - impressive!

I lived here for more than a year and to summarize this place is "Awesome". Staff is very professional and friendly. Property is very nicely maintained. Our special Thanks to Brittany who always listened and resolved all of our issues/queries very patiently and to our satisfaction. Maintenance team is very good and prompt. I recommend this place as one of the best rentals in Naperville area.

Lived here for about 5 years and I really enjoyed it. It is in a good location, right by the post office, Jewel across the street, and not far from downtown. Maintenance was always quick. The gym is great, there is pool table in the “club house”, and the pool area is nice with big grills. The employees were always friendly and the grounds were very well maintained.

I have been living here for the past two years with my beautiful wife and dog! We have been very pleased with everything. Leasing and maintenance staff are top notch and very quick to respond. Pool area is very nice, the people that live here are so kind and we’ve made some great friends. Would definitely recommend living here!
