Favorite place to live. Office and maintenence were always super kind, only issue is that it's expensive. But the trade off is the really nice area and community

I lived here for over a year and absolutely loved it. I would still be living at Grand Reserve if I did not relocate to a different city. The staff is responsive and maintenance request are addressed very quickly if not the same day - impressive!

I lived here for more than a year and to summarize this place is "Awesome". Staff is very professional and friendly. Property is very nicely maintained. Our special Thanks to Brittany who always listened and resolved all of our issues/queries very patiently and to our satisfaction. Maintenance team is very good and prompt. I recommend this place as one of the best rentals in Naperville area.

One, two, and three bedroom apartment homes that are pet friendly, assigned parking, plenty of visitor parking, and with great amenities, superior service and wonderful floor plans combine cor a relaxing and worry free life at Grand Reserve of Naperville. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Lived here for about 5 years and I really enjoyed it. It is in a good location, right by the post office, Jewel across the street, and not far from downtown. Maintenance was always quick. The gym is great, there is pool table in the “club house”, and the pool area is nice with big grills. The employees were always friendly and the grounds were very well maintained.
