I have nothing but great things to say about my experience going through the leasing process with Felicia. She was quick to get things moving along, and patient when I had questions. Pictures don't do justice to how beautiful the space is. I'm new to the community (and Naperville), but, I already feel at home. 😊

The staff here is exceptional and always mindful of the resident and even the pets. The Grand Reserve is a beautiful place. To be able to live here to start a family or just for a single person is a nice start. To keep going up on the rent is a deterrent and kin of discouraging and the you have to find something a little more economical and reasonable. Then to have to move is the unfortunate part because you have a budget set and the rent goes up again. Overall this is a wonderful place to start. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Favorite place to live. Office and maintenence were always super kind, only issue is that it's expensive. But the trade off is the really nice area and community

I lived here for over a year and absolutely loved it. I would still be living at Grand Reserve if I did not relocate to a different city. The staff is responsive and maintenance request are addressed very quickly if not the same day - impressive!

I lived here for more than a year and to summarize this place is "Awesome". Staff is very professional and friendly. Property is very nicely maintained. Our special Thanks to Brittany who always listened and resolved all of our issues/queries very patiently and to our satisfaction. Maintenance team is very good and prompt. I recommend this place as one of the best rentals in Naperville area.
