Maintenance is wonderful and so fast.

Felicia is the kindest and coolest soul. She truly cares and goes above and beyond for you in every way. Every person I have been in contact with has made sure I was a top priority. Julie, Lisa, and Tula are all lovely, professional, kind, and make you feel so welcomed and valued. The property is beautiful and so well kept. Lonnie & Isreal are professional, kind, and complete gentlemen when fixing anything you need. You can tell they must be fathers because they make sure you feel safe and are safe in your home. I am very grateful for each of them and to be living here.

Great community with super friendly staff. I loved every minute of it. Garage is huge along with the townhomes.

This place is amazing! I love the apartment and the facilities. Maintenance all over any issue (we only had two in a year and a half). Clean grounds! Always emptying the dog receptacles. Beautiful updated apartment. Townhouse is only 1300 sq ft but very open and so much light!! Britany and Allison are wonderful people to work with. HIGHLY recommend!

First , I LOVE IT HERE! Me and my boyfriend feel at home & not to mention Felicia helped us and makes us feel like family. The community is wonderful, the amenities are wonderful, my home is beautiful, and most importantly I feel safe. I really hope we get to meet more of our Grand Reserve Neighbors! 10/10!

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience going through the leasing process with Felicia. She was quick to get things moving along, and patient when I had questions. Pictures don't do justice to how beautiful the space is. I'm new to the community (and Naperville), but, I already feel at home. 😊
