Maintenance guys are just top notch!

I am sorry to leave The Grand Reserve of Naperville. The managerial staff of Lisa, Katelyn, and Tobias were terrific every step of the way. Any concerns or questions were resolved professionally and quickly. The maintenance team couldn’t be more helpful and knowledgeable. Also, the location is prime.

I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment.The space is comfortable, well-maintained. The management team has been responsive and professional, and any maintenance requests have been handled quickly. I appreciate how clean the common areas are kept. I really enjoy the community events they organize. It makes living here more enjoyable.

Lonnie is one of the kindest maintance men. Trustworthy, shows up fast and goes above and beyond to help. We’ve known him 8 years and find him to be so valuable. Grand Reserve hires the finest!

The absolute best living experience I have ever had! The management and maintenance teams here are amazing! They are extremely responsive, friendly and very professional. Lisa, Kaitlin and Tobias are the best apartment management staff I have ever had through my years of renting. They emphasize community through fun events such as the puppy palooza. We have rarely had any maintenance issues but when we do the maintenance team is very quick to fix them. When we moved in the apartment was spotless and newly renovated making it a seamless move in experience. If you are looking for a great place to live, I definitely recommend Grand Reserve!
